We will explore the cultural and historical highlights of Marrakech, the most touristic city in Morocco, also known as the Red City. Discover iconic places such as the Menara Gardens, Bahia Palace, Koutoubia Mosque, Jemaa El Fna Square, Majorelle Gardens, the traditional souks, and the Medina of Marrakech.
1st Day: Casablanca – Marrakech
After meeting at the agreed location, we will start our journey to Marrakech, where you will discover the best of this beautiful and vibrant city. We will visit the most important historical and cultural sites, including the Menara Gardens, Koutoubia Mosque, and the old city walls and gates. We will also explore the famous Jemaa El Fna Square, one of the most well-known squares in Africa and the heart of Marrakech’s daily life and trade. It has been recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1985. You will enjoy lunch and free time for shopping in the souks (traditional markets) and handicraft quarters. Overnight stay in a riad or hotel in Marrakech.
2nd Day: Marrakech – Casablanca
After breakfast, we continue exploring Marrakech’s historical monuments. We will visit the Bahia Palace, Ben Youssef Madrasa, and the El Badi Palace, built by the Saadian Sultan Ahmad al-Mansur after his victory in the Battle of the Three Kings in 1578. We will also explore the traditional tanneries and pass by the Royal Palace. After lunch, we visit the beautiful Majorelle Gardens. In the afternoon, we return to Casablanca, arriving around 7:00 pm.
