Continue through the spectacular Dades Valley, the Roses Valley, and the cinematic city of Ouarzazate, before visiting the world-famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah. Your journey ends in vibrant Marrakech, after crossing the stunning Tizi n’Tichka Pass.

Itinerary
Day 1: Fes – Ifrane – Azrou – Midelt – Merzouga
After meeting at the agreed location, we begin our journey southeast through the Middle Atlas Mountains. Stop in Ifrane, then continue to Azrou to visit the cedar forest and see the Barbary macaques. After lunch in Midelt, we drive through scenic landscapes and Berber villages, passing Errachidia and Erfoud before arriving in Merzouga.
In the afternoon, enjoy a camel trek into the Sahara Desert, watch a breathtaking sunset, try sandboarding, and spend the night in a desert camp with dinner and traditional music under the stars.
Day 2: Merzouga – Erg Chebbi Exploration
After breakfast, explore the desert region. Visit Gnawa villages to experience their unique music and culture, and discover the lifestyle of nomadic families. Return to your accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Merzouga – Rissani – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley
Wake up early to enjoy a spectacular sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast, travel to Rissani, famous for its traditional market and historical importance as a caravan center. Continue to the dramatic Todra Gorges, then drive through the stunning Dades Valley, known for its unique rock formations (“monkey fingers”). Overnight in a hotel overlooking the valley.
Day 4: Dades Valley – Roses Valley – Skoura – Ouarzazate
After breakfast, travel along the “Road of a Thousand Kasbahs.” Stop in Kalaat M’Gouna, the “Rose City,” and continue to visit Amridil Kasbah in Skoura. Arrive in Ouarzazate, known as the Hollywood of Africa. Overnight stay in a riad or hotel.
Day 5: Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Tizi n’Tichka – Marrakech
After breakfast, visit the famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and filming location for many international movies. Continue your journey through the High Atlas Mountains, crossing the Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260 m), with stops for panoramic views. Arrival in Marrakech in the afternoon.
